This charming 18k gold stickpin is decorated with a drilled cream-coloured pearl, likely of natural origin, measuring 5 mm in diameter. This pearl is topped by a tiny crown, which is encrusted with an antique brilliant-cut diamond and several rose-cut diamonds on its front.
