This 18k yellow stickpin was originally worn in a man’s cravat, the predecessor of the necktie. It is decorated with a tiny axe, which is set with a cushion-cut sapphire and rose-cut diamonds.

Condition: In good antique condition with only minor signs of wear, consistent with age. The sapphire has a chip on one side.
