This charming ring is set with five antique-cut diamonds, which clearly were cut before the shank was created. These old stones – all very crude oval-cuts, which were likely hand-cut in the 18th Century, look absolutely stunning in the sleek and clean lines of the 18k white gold ring shank, which was created in the 1930s. All diamonds have a combined estimated weight of approximately 0.85 carats, H-I colour, and VS quality.

Size: US 6, UK L 1/2, circumference 52 mm.
The front setting measures 4.5 x 15 mm.
This ring could be resized if desired. 

Weight: 1.45 grams.

Material: Hallmarked with a French eagle’s head hallmark for 18k gold, used after 1838. 

Age: 20th Century, also known as the Art Deco period, circa 1930s. 

Condition: In good antique condition with only minor signs of wear, consistent with its age.
