19th Century Cone-Shaped Perfume Bottle Pendant

This faceted cone-shaped crystal perfume flask with a flat base is fitted with a gilded cap. Its original stopper is no longer present. 

Tiny bottles like these were often filled with smelling salts or perfume and can often be found in travel nécessaires, which contained several items that were practical for everyday use.

Weight: 9.15 grams.

Age: Early 19th Century, also known as the Georgian era, circa 1810s. 

Material: The cap is from a gilded metal. 

Condition: In good antique condition with only minor wear, consistent with age.
