This romantic bow-shaped pendant is studded with rose-cut diamonds in open, silver settings. There is evidence that there was originally a bale at the top of one of the ribbons: this was however, removed at some point in the past, and a new, 18k gold jump ring was added, likely to create more movement when worn.
