This round 14k yellow gold locket is set with three natural, cabochon-cut sapphires and four old European-cut diamonds. The sapphires have been estimated at 2 times 0.33 and 0.80 carats, while all diamonds combined have an estimated weight of 0.28 carats. Inside there is room for 2 pictures, with the frames and glasses still intact.
